If you are a citizen of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain or Sweden you can choose to vote in this election in respect of your address in Wandsworth or in respect of the address in the country for which you are a citizen.
