Council budgets Our services are subject to four, largely separate, budget frameworks which are detailed in this document. They are the general revenue budgets, the Dedicated Schools Budget, the Council housing budgets and the general capital budgets. Also included is general information on Council finance and the calculation of council tax amounts. You can also read the Council's statement of accounts.
