Audio version You can listen to the Wandsworth website being read aloud. This service is available to anyone who can listen to audio on their computer.

Visibility This website has been designed to work best with a display setting of 800 x 600 pixels, or 1024 x 768 pixels. Windows users can change their display settings in the control panel.
The colours used on the site are not used to convey any essential information and have been tested to ensure that they do not cause problems for users with different types of colour-blindness.
If you prefer to not use the text only version of the site, you can make changes in your web browser to increase the size of text on the pages and/or to remove all images.
You can also use our Contrast tool to apply a tint to your screen or our Magnifier tool that will allow you to magnify your screen display up to 32 times its normal size.

Standards All the main index pages and most of the rest throughout the Wandsworth site conform to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) definition of 'interoperable' code. This means that the site should work well across all types of browsers and forms the basis of making a website truly 'accessible'.
When a website makes use of stylesheets, rules set out by W3C also apply. The stylesheet for the Wandsworth site has been validated and achieved the W3C standard for interoperability.
Virtually all of the site conforms to level A of the W3C project (Web Accessibility Initiative or WAI) for accessibility.

Translations Unfortunately we are not currently able to translate the material on our web site from English into all of the different languages spoken in the borough.
