Better Care Higher Standards - Charter (327 kb)  This charter is for anyone who is 18 or over and has long-term care needsbecause of old age, long-term illness, including mental illness or disability, and for the carers who support them. The charter tells you what services you and your carer can get from housing, health and social services in Wandsworth to make it easier for you to continue to live independently and for your family and friends to support you. The charter sets out general and specific standards for individual services and tells you what you can do if they are not met.
