In partnership with CareLine (the health and social care information provider for Wandsworth) this site is intended to help you find out about our services and the work of the department.

We, together with our partners in the health service and the private voluntary and community sector, arrange a diverse range of health and social care services for people with community care needs.

This includes people with learning disabilities, people with mental health problems, people who's ability to perform everyday activities is limited by a permanent physical disability, sensory impairment or long-standing illness and older people.
