These documents have not been finalised. Further and updated information will be added to them before tenders are invited from the short-listed applicants. It is also possible that corrections and refinements will be necessary.

How to register your interest
Organisations wishing to be considered for selection to tender are required to complete a pre-qualifying questionnaire, a copy of which can be downloaded below.

Please return the completed questionnaire together with supporting documents in an envelope marked "strictly confidential – not to be opened before 12 noon on 30th September 2008" to:
