Residential Property - home ownership
We run a number of schemes which help local residents buy their own homes.

For more information, please visit the Home Ownership section of this site.

Residential property - open market sales
We sell very little residential property on the open market. The small number of flats and houses which are sold in this way have in recent times been sold by auction.

Find out more about properties being auctioned and where auctions are taking place.

Non-residential property
If you wish to receive details when non-residential buildings or land are marketed on behalf of the council, please send an outline of the type and approximate size of property in which you are interested, along with your name, address and phone number, to our agents:-

James Nunn
Lambert Smith Hampton
United Kingdom House
180 Oxford Street
London
W1D 1NN
Email: jnunn@lsh.co.uk
Telephone: 020 7198 2128

Enquiries about property being marketed on our behalf should be made direct to the agents who are carrying out the marketing and not to the council itself.

Commercial lettings
We own a number of commercial properties. Most of these are lock-up shops and the vast majority of these premises are currently let.

If you wish to receive details when units become available, please send an outline of the type and approximate size of property in which you are interested, along with your name, address and phone number, to the managing agents:

James Nunn
Lambert Smith Hampton
United Kingdom House
180 Oxford Street
London
W1D 1NN
Email: jnunn@lsh.co.uk
Telephone: 020 7198 2128

Enquiries about commercial lettings should be made direct to the managing agents and not to us.

Flexible letting terms
As a responsible landlord, we have regard to the helpful recommendations of the Code of Practice for Commercial Leases. You can find this document at www.commercialleasecodeew.co.uk.

In accordance with this Code, we will consider your own suggestions for the terms on which you would like an available property to be let. Please set out any proposals you may have in a letter to the our letting agents. Naturally, variations from standard terms may affect the acceptable level of rent.
