You may also be eligible for assistance from the council's Home Improvement Agency. If you cannot afford to repair and maintain your home, you may be eligible for a grant or a loan provided by the Home Improvement Agency. In addition, they can help with arranging finance, surveying the property, appointing reliable builders and supervising works. The services of the Agency are open to anyone who owns a property within the borough and you do not have to qualify for a grant to make use of these services. |
