How do I apply?

Contact the Special Needs Letting section on (020) 8871 6808 and ask for an application form.
Once we receive your application form, we will make arrangements to visit your home to assess your requirements. This usually takes four weeks. Once you've qualified it's simply a matter of waiting for an offer.

 Will I be able to choose exactly where I live?

We will try to find you accommodation in your preferred area, but it's better not to limit yourself to one part of the borough, as this may affect the offer we can make you. The more areas that you are prepared to consider, then the sooner the council will be able to re-house you.
You may already be familiar with some schemes, but it's a good idea to find out about other schemes and what's on offer.
Please contact the Special Needs Letting section if you want to request an individual scheme brochure. Each brochure gives details of the scheme location, nearby shops, leisure amenities, local services and number and type of accommodation available.

All the schemes are listed on the website and individual brochures can be sent to you on request.
