Your service charges are dealt with by the finance section of Wandsworth Council. If you are a 125-year leaseholder, the Council (as your Landlord) is obliged to provide you with certain routine services and to charge you for those services. Service Charges (including major works) are calculated and payable under the terms and conditions of your lease agreement.
