Direct Payment System By clicking on the "Accept" button below you will start our online payment facility.
There are a few conditions to using this facility and you should only click on the "Accept" button if you accept these: 1. Your payment will take a minimum of 24 hours to reach your council account. This includes time to verify your debit card details with your debit card supplier and for payment to be notified to the Council. 2. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the intended account due to a customer quoting an incorrect account number and/or invoice number. Please ensure that you quote the full council account number together with the relevant invoice number to avoid any difficulty in your payment being allocated correctly. 3. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the debit card supplier. 4. If the debit card supplier declines payment, the Council is under no obligation to bring this fact to the customer's attention. Customers should check with their bank/debit card supplier to ensure that payment has been deducted from their relevant account. 5. Please print a copy or take note of the details given to you after you have successfully paid your invoice. When you have completed your transaction, close the secure window to return to the Wandsworth site. Please note - there is a small charge for credit card payments (currently 1.4%) |
