Please Note: Your lease also states that interest will be charged at 6% above the Barclays Base Rate if payment is not received within 14 days.

However, if you are the owner-occupier, no interest will be charged if you have made arrangements to pay the Council and you do not fall into arrears. Leaseholders who have previously fallen into arrears may not be allowed further instalment facilities.

In any event, if you have difficulty in paying your service charges you must contact the Income Collection Service immediately on (020) 8871 6299 or by email at debtorscharges@wandsworth.gov.uk.  Please provide your full name, the address and postcode of the leasehold property concerned, your address (if different) and your service charge account reference number to help us identify you as the leaseholder concerned.
