You can use this service, if you are a Wandsworth Council tenant or leaseholder, to:

• View rent statements
• Pay your rent online
• Report a non-urgent repair request
• Track the progress of your repair request(s)
• Leaseholders can use this service to submit a communal repair request.

NB: Tenants of a Housing Association/CO-OP/Residents' Management Organisation or a Tenants' Management Organisation cannot log repairs directly with the council using the online services. You can only report repairs via your local Housing Association/CO-OP/RMO or TMO office.

Property Online
Our Property Online service will be available soon. This service will allow residents to search for their property and find contact details of their area team.
