Wandsworth Care Alliance (WCA) is an independent voluntary organistion which aims to represent the views of older people, people with physical disabilities, chronic illness or sensory impairment, people with learning disabilities or mental health problems and carers.

It aims to insure that service users, their carers and local organisations have the opportunity to take part in ongoing discussions with the providers of statutory services, including the housing department.

WAA aims to ensure that disabled people have full access to buildings, toilets, information, transport and events. Membership is free and full membership is open to any disabled person living or working in Wandsworth. Associate membership is available to non-disabled people who support the aims of the Association.
