INTRODUCTION - This section contains your conditions of tenancy. It has been produced by a working party of residents' representatives, members of the council and officers. In addition, the council's tenants have been consulted. The aim has been to produce a set of conditions which are clear and easy to understand. It now combines the tenancy conditions for secure tenancies, introductory tenancies and non-secure tenancies. As a result, you will see that some clauses vary according to the type of tenancy you have. This section sets out the rights and obligations of your tenancy.
