I agree that the Council may carry out further graffiti removal work at the property if necessary at any time during the next two years. I understand that the Council will not accept liability for any claim in the unlikely event of damages occurring directly or indirectly as a result of any graffiti removal work. I also agree to indemnify the Council against any claim made against it that arises directly or indirectly as a result of any graffiti removal work on my property.
NB. The Council’s contractors are required to have sufficient public liability insurance and any claim against the Council arising from graffiti removal work will be dealt with directly by them.
Do you agree to the Council or the police taking legal action against anyone who may be subsequently arrested for damaging your property, and that any photos taken of graffiti removed may be used in evidence.
