Safety in my community If you are a council tenant and you need advice or want to report anti-social behaviour please contact your managing agent or visit us at 17-27 Garratt Lane in Wandsworth (opposite Wandsworth Southside shopping centre). We are open from 9:00 to 16:30, Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays). If your area team is the western team, you can visit the Western office at 38 Holybourne Avenue, SW15 5JE.
