There are six ways in which we can assist you in purchasing a property

• Freehold Reversionary Sales (For leaseholders who wish to buy their freehold)
• House Purchase Grant (HPG) council tenants only
• Open Market Homebuy (OMH) council, public sector tenants and first time buyers living in the borough 
• Right to Buy (RTB) council tenants only
• Shared Ownership Nominations Scheme (SONS - sometimes called New Build Homebuy) council and public sector tenants, first time buyers and key workers
• Social Homebuy council tenants only

Downloads
The Home Ownership application form covers all schemes (except Right to Buy), you only need to complete one form to be assessed for all schemes. If you wish to join our schemes with your partner or with a family member then they will need to complete the Joint Application Form.  You can download the application forms below:
